Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not pair with main unit when new battery fitted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery was rattling inside the remote when shook.

This was due to deformed terminals making a poor connection.

The terminals were re-formed and reinforced using solder.  Once a replacement battery was then fitted full functionality was restored with a strong RF signal being present on every button press (see image)
