Some buttons don't work well unless pressed very hard, e.g. the OK button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many non functioning / sluggish buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a large amount of liquid found over most of the PCB and button array. Once cleaned up full functionality was restored.
