Customers Fault Description : Hi working all good just needs the wire replaced thanks

This recliner remote controller arrived safely and was confirmed to have a damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (We cannot get the curly kind), some of the buttons were found to have slightly worn button contacts, because of this replacement conductive pads were glued under the main buttons as a precaution.
