Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Celebrity

Customers Fault Description : Handset has ceased working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.

Unfortunately, the wiring solder points had been reworked prior to arrival with us.

Pictures of the mappings were sent but they each had different wire mappings, without knowing which is the true correct mapping a repair is not possible. 

After talking to the customer, the wiring was depicted by the customer, a replacement straight cable was fitted based on the customers wiring.
