Technics RAK SU129WH Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No response to any button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to a bad terminal PCB contact, this was reworked which restored partial functionality. It was then found that some buttons were sluggish / non responsive. This was due to worn button contacts; replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
