Customers Fault Description : The bottom left button has stopped working with the minus sign on it. The down and up right buttons are a bit awkward and sticking.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control for Blinds / backdrops arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced). On testing the buttons were sluggish / non responsive.
The bottom left button was found to have a broken leg on the button, this was resoldered and then the other contacts cleaned. This restored full functionality.
Due to the age of this item a clone was created and will be supplied as a backup at no extra charge. (see image bellow)
