Customer's Fault Description
UNIT WILL NO LONGER POWER UP AND COMAND BUTONS ON THE SCREEN WERE A BIT SLOW IN RESPONDING WOULD HAVE TO BE PRESSED MORE THAN ONCE. THERE HAS BEEN SOME BATTERY LEAKAGE SO THIS IS PROBABLY THE MAIN ISSUE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening there was a large amount of corrosion in the print and to a few of the SMD components.  This corrosion also appears to have corroded some of the through board points.  Sadly, due to the damage a repair is not possible. 

This item was disposed of as per the customers email request 30th Dec 2024
