Customer's Fault Description
Nothing is working..tried new batteries and no go.
Looks like they is some rust under the contact, but cant get to it to clean up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
Unfortunately, when opened the entire PCB had suffered corrosion from a battery leak (see image). Due to the damage a repair is not possible.
