Remote has stopped working, battery changed but still not working

This remote controller arrived safely and on inspection the PCB was found to be moving around inside the remote which makes the buttons no align with the button caps of the case.

This was because the mounting pin of the PCB case was broken.  The PCB was hot glued firmly into position.

Full functionality was restored (See image).  A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return.
