Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote will only turn the fire off but not on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to transmit as normal and actuate our test receiver.  The customer's receiver was found to not respond on either the up OR down channel.

We do not repair receivers (we only repair remotes control handsets) but you can get replacement receivers from https://ebay.us/xUsDmO - Please check with the seller for further details.

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £6 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
