Customer's Fault Description
Remote not pairing with extractor. Neither lights or fan come on when buttons are pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the retaining clip on the battery cover is missing. On testing was found to transmit on all button presses as per normal functionality.
The codeset being transmitted was tested and is consistent with this model of remote (see image). This item has been classed as no fault found.
