Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons react with the machine. The machine is working OK but can only play DVD's as I cannot change the function with out the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This DVD recorder remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead.

On opening there was corrosion found in the print from a battery leak.  The print weas reworked which restored full functionality.
