Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons react with the machine. The machine is working OK but can only play DVD's as I cannot change the function with out the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This DVD recorder remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead.
On opening there was corrosion found in the print from a battery leak. The print weas reworked which restored full functionality.
