Customers Fault Description : All buttons are hardly working I have difficulty to use any buttons easily,
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely. This remote is sealed in such a way that the only way to open was to cut the case. This was done with permission from the customer and then it was found that the cable was at fault with one of the cores being broken. A replacement straight cable was fitted and then the case glued back together.
