Faulty intermittent/ buttons both buttons left hand side. 3 buttons on the righthand side seem ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have two left side faulty buttons.  Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
