Gutmann Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gutmann
Customers Fault Description : Buttons don't seem to respond properly anymore. Perhaps also dirty contacts. Some of them work sometimes.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press as per normal operation.
The code being transmitted was tested and confirmed to be correct.
The remote was then tested at random intervals over a 12-hour period with no issues being replicated.
