Customer's Fault Description
I have replaced batteries in this and in the receiver but when I press the remote the receiver does not flash or receive signal from the remote who’s red light does work
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer.  Once replaced full functionality was restored.
