KINDER B-63600 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : NOW HAS LOOSE RED WIRE. NO BUTTONS WORKING

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Flavel Calibre BF gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection the retaining clip for the battery cover was broken, spare battery covers are not available.

On opening the battery cable was confirmed to be broken.  A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
