Customer's Fault Description
Turn right button not working in soft or hard push, battery not good
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This golf trolley remote control arrived safely and on testing was dead due to a drained battery. When charging it was found that one of the buttons was shorted and draining the battery.
The facia was peeled back and the button contacts cleaned, then replacement button caps fitted under the left and right buttons.
Full functionality was restored. No fault was found with the battery, it was simply the shorted button draining it.
