Customers Fault Description : The remote is dead. It was working and I have tried changing the battery.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Gas Stove Remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non functioning display.  A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality (see image)
