Customer's Fault Description
Screen is not coming on at all. No idea if it works with the bath as it hasn’t been used for a long time.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
The battery compartment had signs of a battery leak. Unfortunately, when the remote was opened the main PCB was found to have a large amount of corrosion in the print from the battery acid (see images). Due to the damage a repair is not possible.
