Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to work in that the red light comes on when pressing the button but the fire (or remote unit in the fire) does not respond. When you shake the remote unit there seems to be something loose rattling around.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be functioning as per normal with our test receiver.
The customers receiver unfortunately has suffered a battery leak. We do not repair receivers.
