The negative wire has detached from the batter connection
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a warped back cover and battery cover. The battery cable was also found to be broken.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality. A replacement back cover and battery cover were fitted as we had a spare from a scrap remote.
