Model : G30-ZRHT
Customers Fault Description : Upper large button not operating, in manual operation, will not increase flame height or during setup will not increase hour during time set up.. The receiver on the fire working correctly as in the auto mode will increase / decrease the flame height .
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning UP button. The button was replaced which restored full functionality (see image)
