Customers Fault Description : stopped working although changed the battery

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote controller arrived safely from Bulgaria and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal functionality.

The cvode being transmitted was confirmed to be correct and consistent.

This remote has been classed as no fault found and it is either an issue with the battery or the receiver itself.  An Energizer battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the customers battery. 

As per our sites service details all return postage fees are fixed at £12 - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
