Customer's Fault Description
The treadmill switches on Ok but will not work without the remote as no other buttons on it. No buttons on the remote work the machine and no light comes on the remote. May have been dropped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This CANMALCHI T5028-Walking Treadmill remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.  This was found to be due to one of the battery terminals being bent backwards effectively not touching the battery. The terminal was reformed which restored full functionality.
