Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The top 2 buttons stopped working, and then the other buttons stopped working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the silocone bumper was missing, this cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On opening there was a lot of contamination inside the controller. This was shorting out the contacts for some of the buttons. The PCB and contacts were cleared of contaminants. The rest of the remote was then tested as ok.
