Customer's Fault Description
This opener is intermittent. At the moment the light doesn't come on when pressing the left hand blue button (to open the garage) and therefore it won't open the garage.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This garage remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning left button.

The button was replaced which restored full functionality.  (see image)
