Customer's Fault Description
The remote turns on when a battery is in situ, but doesn't connect to the receiver. Have troubleshooter and reset the receiver but the remote fails to connect.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was covered in tape and the fixing screw was missing.
On testing the remote was found to be functioning as normal with a strong 433Mhz RF signal being present on all button presses (see image).
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is likely with the receiver itself.
