Customer's Fault Description
The remote no longer works. New batteries, reset button all you get is a blank screen. I would like to get it working again if that is possible
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Window and blind remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
When opened unfortuantely there was signs of a battery leak at the positive end of the controller. This has eaten through the print and within the print layers as well as under the display.
Due to the amount of damage through the numerous layers a repair has not been possible.
