This Celebrity remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable and also worn button contacts. A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
