Customers Fault Description : spring broken so one battery not making full connection so you cannot read the information that should display its all broken up. all buttons work as they should so far as I KNOW.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty display, this is not related to the battery terminal damage.
Unfortunately, spare displays are not available which makes a repair not possible.
