Customers Fault Description : Will not open skylights despite trying to reset.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This KLR 100 remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting a strong RF signal.
Unfortunately as it is transmitting it is possible that the issue is with the receiver.
