Customer's Fault Description
Remote was dead when I bought camper recently. I managed to get green light to flash on a couple of times but wouldn't stay on unless I jiggled the battery. Even with new battery, won't come on at all now. I think possibly the battery terminal wires may be broken.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motor Mover Remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to a faulty battery cable, once replaced full functionality was restored.
