Riviera UR203 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote was dead when I bought camper recently. I managed to get green light to flash on a couple of times but wouldn't stay on unless I jiggled the battery. Even with new battery, won't come on at all now. I think possibly the battery terminal wires may be broken.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Motor Mover Remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to a faulty battery cable, once replaced full functionality was restored.
