Customers Fault Description : Think the remote is broken.It used to turn fire on with a bit of feckling.We have checked all we can check with the fire itself so that's why assuming it's the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Wall mounted glass fronted fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non functioning power button.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
