Bigzzia treadmill Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote had a rattle and a metal piece fell out of batteries area. I turn on the treadmill and none of the buttons on remote make the treadmil unit respond.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This treadmill remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken battery terminal that had broken loose from the PCB. The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
