Remote does not work. Batteries have been checked. Ventilator does work (there are buttons on it you can use).
So it does seem that some internal issue with the remote has happened.

This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be with the receiver itself. The customer is to look into how to pair the remote with the cooker hood in case it has lost its pairing.
