Falmec Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote does not work. Batteries have been checked. Ventilator does work (there are buttons on it you can use). So it does seem that some internal issue with the remote has happened.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for an over-hob ventilation system arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be with the receiver itself. The customer is to look into how to pair the remote with the cooker hood in case it has lost its pairing.
