Customer's Fault Description
The Remote Control is not paired with the main control module in the caravan, the LED power indicator is not illuminating when the remote control is switched on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening the main on off switch was found to be missing its shaft.  Once the switch was replaced full functionality was restored.
