Customers Fault Description : It completely stopped working. I have tried another handset & the chair seems to still work OK.

This Riser Recliner chair remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have damaged inner cores of the cable at the remote entry point, the cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks.
