Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working completely - none of the buttons are functional. It would be great if you can fix it please?
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This streamer/DAC/pre-amp remote control arrived safely and on testing weas found to be dead.
When opened there was a lot of carbon paint shorting out many of the button contacts.
The carbon paint was cleaned from the PCB and button pads and then replacement conductive pads glued under all buttons. Full functionality was restored.
