Glow- worm Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Glow- worm
Customers Fault Description : The programme comes on using original central heating settings. But, after I dropped it the buttons in the middle showing the arrow to left, the middle button Ok and menu button to right do not work. As a result I cannot put heating on out of programmed hours or on holiday mode. I do not know if the up and bottom buttons work, these control dates, temp etc
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Climapro 2 Central heating remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have non functioning buttons. When opened the buttons had broken away from the PCB. The buttons were replaced which restored full functionality,
