Customer's Fault Description
Changed batteries in both the remote and receiver but still not working. The LED on remote lights when pressed but nothing happens on the receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gazco fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset, once replaced full functionality was restored.
