Customers Fault Description : A while ago remote stopped working then started working again Now the chair has stopped working and I don’t know if’s the remote or chair? Hopefully it’s the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Remote control for a reclining chair arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a blown LED. The LED was replaced and then the rest of the remote tested as ok.
