Customer's Fault Description
REplaced battery but now only switches on the hood with no control and cant swicth off. Also lights control. Attempted all the reset instructions but the 5 indicator lights will not come on during that process.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cooker Fan remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal. The codeset was confirmed to be correct for this model of remote.
It is suggested to try to pair the remote with the receiver itself. It may be the receiver at fault if the two cannot be paired together.
