Customer's Fault Description
Button bottom lower left not working. I believe the connect pad has failed and needs replacing. Please can you also check other pads for wear and replace as necessary.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts.

Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.  The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
