Customers Fault Description : Bad connections I think because of degradation of outer casing of control wires. Please can you replace the damaged cable.

This Remote control from an adjustable massage bed arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable. A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
