Customer's Fault Description
Remote appears to work, as the display on remote works, but the control unit on the gas fire doesn't respond. After changing batteries on both remote and control unit, it worked fine for a few days then just stopped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gazco gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not be transmitting on any button press.  This was due to a faulty transducer.  Once a replacement transducer was fitted full functionality was restored.
