Customers Fault Description : Everything seems to function ok, however the screen shows no text

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux Integra window remote KLR100 arrived safely and on testing was found to have a blank screen.  A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality (see image)
