Customer's Fault Description
Replaced batteries but had to open remote put new battery in and not working at all

This Treadmill remote control arrived safely and on inspection the case was apart prior to arrival with us. The circuit boards mounting pins were broken meaning the PCB would be loose inside the case.
The PCB was hot glued into position and then when a battery was fitted full functionality was restored.
The battery cover is mangled from poor opening technique. This cover cant be replaced as spare are not available. To open when its time to replace the battery simply using dry fingers press and twist the battery cover.
An Energizer CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
