Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons work any more. It started with the bottom buttons and in the end only to top two worked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive / sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the buttons which restored full functionality.
