Concern for Comfort Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Concern for Comfort

Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons work any more. It started with the bottom buttons and in the end only to top two worked.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This bed remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive / sluggish buttons.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all of the buttons which restored full functionality.
