Evonic Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Evonic
Customers Fault Description : Not working battery area looks broken
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to one of the battery terminals being missing (see image). The missing terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
A replacement back cover was also fitted.
